Tim Jackson

Tim has directed four previous documentaries, Chaos and Order: Making American Theater,  Radical Jesters, When Things Go Wrong: Robin Lane's Story and The American Gurner. 
He is member of the Screen Actor's Guild and AFTRA recently cast as Joe Kopechne in the film, Chappaquiddick .
He also a member the Boston Society of Film Critics writing regularly for The Arts Fuse, Boston's leading independent online arts journal.
He been a professional drummer for 50 years having worked with dozen of artists including Robin Lane, Tom Rush, LaVern Baker and The Band That Time Forgot with contributions to several film soundtracks

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela Enver is a editor in Somerville and an experienced cameraman. As the 'go-to' cameraman and editor, he has shot and edited dozens of videos since graduating in Video Production form the New England Institute of Art.

Bertrand Lawrence
Music Score and Sound Design

Bertrand is from France and studied music at Berklee College of Music and sound-design at Mass College of Art. In addition to performing, Bertrand teaches and provides live scores and performances for silent movies, improv comedy, and movement theatre, websites, television and film.  He was a consultant for a Harvard Summer School course on documentary filmmaking, where he taught sound recording and sound design

Poem Narrations

Paula is one of Boston’s leading actresses and recipient of the prestigious Fox Actor Fellowship for Distinguished Achievement and the Boston Theatre Critics Association with the Elliot Norton Award for Sustained Excellence .  A Cum Laude graduate of Boston University’s School for the Arts, she received the Distinguished Alumna award in 2003. Over the past three decadesshe has performed dozens of roles both classic and modern as well as written and performed one-person shows.

Robin Lane
Composer


Robin, singer, songwriter, performer, has composed two original songs from Joan's poetry.  Robin began her musical career singing with Neil Young on the Everybody Knows This is Nowhere album. She formed her renowned band Robin Lane & The Chartbusters, whose hit single "When Things Go Wrong" was the eleventh video broadcast on MTV. Her father played piano for Dean Martin and wrote his signature hit "Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime." Today she works with survivors of trauma in songwriting workshops.

Gabriel Polonsky began his career in animation at Olive Jar Animation, Boston.  He founded GPS in 1992 and the EMMY nominated Creative Director of the studio. He designs, directs, produces and all projects along with crews of the industries most talented top professionals. In addition to running Olive Jar Animation Studios , Gabriel  freelances as a  Director, Designer, Producer, Creative Consultant and Character Designer. He is a nationally published, award-winning Illustrator, Cartoonist, Caricaturist, Storyboard Artist and Sculptor. He is developing a film on his famed father, painter Arthur Polonsky.

Lizmara Velez is a graduate of the New England Institute of Art specializing in animation. Her images for the film are sketches for an animated piece. 
Isiah Sweeting is a recent graduate of the New England Institute of Art and an animator and illustrator.  Isiah puts his skills to work by bringing his artistic touch to the film as well his personal indie game, Guardian of Light.
